There will be two chances to see the sheep: Applied Convergence is hosting Emergent Consciousness on Saturday April 21st in their loft in Fort Point. The day begins at 3pm with demos of Ashanti and Korda's EKTA putting your brain in a feedback loop with a computer. My lecture on Dreams in High Fidelity and the Electric Sheep is at 8pm, followed by Sean Stevens' (of Mooninite fame) Synaesthesia audio/video/motion feedback rig. By 11pm we should be playing music, relaxing and interacting with the art and each other.
Second, on Saturday April 28th in the Visual Music Marathon
at Northeastern University's Raytheon Amphitheatre in the Egan Building.
The show runs all day and includes new and historic works. My piece "Star Oasis" will be played at 5pm in the "Best of the Digital Salon and SVA" segment.
