Sheep v2.7b1 Client for Linux

At long last: the tarball, just tested on Ubuntu 7.10. It needs the latest beta of FLAM3 and ffmpeg and mplayer and curl (apt-get-able).

It's at 1/10th quality until we have about 10 users, then I'll crank it up. (Update 10/31: done, see the new server here. Update 11/16: undone, back to draft.) Bug reports and compatibility issues most welcome.

Any chance we over at http://denaje.gotdns.com will be able to use the client? Btw, this captcha on the posting form is really driving me crazy... Posted by: jtibble at October 31, 2007 11:09 AM
it's open source, of course you can use it. you'll have to make some changes to your server, eg mpeg4, a few protocol tweaks, switch over to flam3 2.7, that should do it. sorry about the capchka -- even as hard as it is some spam gets through, more than 10 last night.
